4. Motion approving the purchase of ten (10) Ford Fusions from Champion Ford, of
Corpus Christi, Texas in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI- 0077 -11, based on
alternate bid for a total amount of $167,990. These units are replacements to the
fleet and will be used by the Police Department. Funding is available in the FY
2010 -2011 Capital Outlay Budget of the Fleet Maintenance Fund.
