a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to purchase Microsoft
Windows Server Client Access licenses for 2,800 users from Dell
Corporation, of Austin, Texas, in the amount of $24,556 per year for three
years for a total cost not to exceed $73,668. Dell Incorporated is a State of
Texas DI recognized vendor, #DIR -SDD -1014.

required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure
described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be
drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to
annual appropriation by the City Council.
