a. Motion approving the purchase of playground equipment from T.F. Harper &
Associates LP, of Austin, Texas based on the Cooperative Purchasing
Agreement with the Texas Local Government Cooperative, in the amount of
$63,130.68. The purchase is for new and replacement park equipment for
Solar Estates, Woodlawn, John Jones, Claremont, Lincoln, and Sands parks.
Funding is budgeted and available in the Parks & Recreation 2010 General
Obligation (Bond 08) CIP Fund.
