q. Motion to amend prior to second reading the ordinance amending the Unified
Development Code by adding a new Sec. 7.12. as in accordance with the
proposed changes noted at Attachments A. and B. of the "Agenda
Memorandum for the City Council Meeting of December 13, 2011 ", and as
incorporated within the proposed ordinances provided to Council for
consideration prior to second reading.
