RECESSED COUNCIL MEETING OF JULY 26, 1972
August 2, 1972 - 9:00 A.M.

Mayor Ronnie Sizemore called the recessed meeting to order in the
Council Chamber of the City Hall.
Following consideration of a portion of the Agenda Items of the
City Manager's Reports, Mayor Sizemore announced the meeting would be recessed
for a closed workshop meeting for consideration of the pending matter of an
application to the Texas Water Rights Commission for Nueces Reservoir sponsor-
ship.
Following the closed meeting, Mayor Sizemore called for a motion to
recess this recessed meeting.
Motion by Branch, seconded by Lozano and passed, that the recessed
meeting be further recessed until 3:00 p.m., this date.

Mayor Sizemore reconvened the recessed meeting at 3:00 p.m. August 2, 1972,
and asked that the recessed meeting be further recessed.
Motion by Branch, seconded by Bosquez and passed, that this recessed
meeting be further recessed to 8:00 a.m., Friday, August 4, 1972, for considera-
tion of the pending matter of the application to the Texas Water Rights Commission
for Nueces Reservoir sponsorship.
