Motion to authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a legal services agreement
with Timothy L. Brown to advise the City on water rights and general water law issues, at
monthly rate of $7,000 plus expenses and authorize $50,000 for consultant subcontracts
needed to assist with resolution of water law issues.
