Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to extend the timeframe of the
agreement by executing Amendment No. 1 to a testing agreement with Tolunay-Wong
Engineers of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $100,400.00 for a restated fee not to
exceed $125,300 for the Groundwater Monitoring at Cefe Valenzuela Municipal Landfill for
the fiscal year 2015-2016.
At a meeting of the City Council on 1/19/2016, this Motion was passed.

not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
