REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
December 5, 1973

City Secretary T. Ray Kring reported at the Council
Chamber of the City Hall of the City of Corpus Christi and noted
that six of the seven -member Council were attending the annual
meeting of the National League of Cities in San Juan, Puerto Rico,
and therefore, the Regular Meeting of December 5, 1973 would not be
held for lack of a quorum.
