OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, TO EXECUTE
FOR AND ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY, A
CONTRACT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, AND CASEY & DOOSE, A
PARTNERSHIP, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS,

11H1NBAH. the City of Corpus Christi is desirous
of acquiring the land epee which a certain filling station 1s
located en the corner of Agana and Nineteenth Street in the
City of Corpus Christi, end WHEREAS, the damages which will be suffered by
the lasses by such cation are in controversy, but by compromise
and agreement of all parties * satisfactory settlement has been
reached.

That Casey h Doose, a partnership, acting by and through C. Pe
Comae, a partner, and the City of Corpus Christi, eating by
and through its duly authorised officers,have entered into the
following agreement,

Said Partnership does hereby agree that the sum of
Six Hundred Seventy and LO/100 Dollars ($670.!o) is adequate, full
and complete satisfaction of all damages incurred by the action
and proposed action of the City of Carpus Christi, and agrees to
accept said ;mount in full for all damages suffered. including
the lose of leasehold interest;. said sums to be paid in addition
to the moving to the place designated by said Partnership of ens
reinforced concrete building at the coat and expense of said City
of Corpus Christi, and upon completion of Raid moving and the
payment of said sum at money, this agreement shall constitute
and be full, final and complete release of the City of Corpus
Christi of all damages, inclueinf the cost of leasehold interest
from the said Partnership hereby conveyed to said City as to said
