WADE, IH RELEASE AND SETTLEMENT OF A CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES DATED THE 6TH DAY OF JANUARY, 19W, BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AND HENRY H. WADE, BEING CONTRACT NO. 5021 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEN CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEWi SECTION 1, That the Mayor and the City Controller of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute an agreement, for and on behalf of said City, by and between the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Henry H. Wade, in release and settlement of a contract for architectural services dated the 6th day of January, 19Li2, by and between the City.o£ Corpus Christi and Henry H. Yexas AFPROM AS TD LagAL pOW, city Attorney SECTIOR 2, The public importance of this Ordinance creates a public emergency and public imperative necessity re- quiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no Ordinance or Resolution &hall be passed finally on the data it is introduced and that such Ordinance or Resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor having declared that such public emergency and imperative necessity exist, and having requested that such Charter rule be suspended, and that this Ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction and take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY ORDAINED.
