The public importance of this Ordinance creates a public emergency end an imperative public necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule or requirement that no Ordinance or Resolution be passed finally on the date of its introduction, and that said Ordinance or Resolution shall be read at three, several meetings of the City Couacil, and the Mayor, in writing, having declared that said public emergency and imperative necessity exist and having requested that such Charter rule be suspended and that this Ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction and take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS, ACCORDINGLY, SO ORDAIlvED, PASSED and APPROVED this, the L day of 19" MAYOR, City of Corpus Christi, Texas ATTESTS J .tar r City Secretary APPROVED AS TO LEGAL PORMs City Attorney Corpus Christi.
