That the retur7s of the election held December 26, 1914, within the limits of the territory proposed to be annexed to the City of Corpus Christi, said territory being hereinabove described be,and the same are, hereby'received, and are hereby canvassed, and the results thereof are hereby declared to be that the majority vote of the legally qualified voters residing within the territorial limits of the territory proposed to be annexed, favored the annexation of said territory and tie admitting of the same to Oise Cite of Corpus Christi, Texas, and the said vote and the record thereof as showing said majority vote in favor of annexation and annexation of such additional territory to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, is hereby rude a matter of record pending the further determination of the matter of annexation oedederission of said territory by flea City Council end pending the further action of the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas.
