That said release of easement shall be delivered upon the payment to the City of Corpus Christi of the consideration of ;,200.00 mentioned in said release of easement. Section 3. he £ac +, that the release of easement is necessary to be executed in order that industrial develonmont may proceed in the area adjacent to the property described in said easement creates a public emer- gency and a public imperative necessity, requiring the susnension of the Charter rule providing that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date it is introduced and that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three meetings of the City Council, and the Hayor having declared that such public emergency and imperative necessity exists, and requests that said Charter rule be suspended, and that this Ordinance tale effect and be in force and effect from and after its passage, and it is accordingly so ordained.
