BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEYps: Section 1. That Tuesday at four o'clock P. I.& of each week shall be the time the City Council of Corpus Christi, Texas shall meet in regular session. Section 2. The fact that the time of neating is now fixed at five o'clock P. E. on Tuesday does not allow adequate tine for the transaction of the City's business and there are many matters that must be considered by the City Council creates a public emergency and a public imperative necessity, requiring the suspen- sion of the Charter rule providing that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date it is introduced and that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three meetings of the City Council, and the 1myor having declared that such public emergency and imperative necessity exists, and requests that said Charter rule be suspended, and that this Ordinance take effect and be in force and effect from and after its passage, and it is accordingly co ordained.
