MOKENZIE, AND DECLARING AN RMERMOY. EE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Corpus Christi be, and he is hereby, authorised and directed to emoute for and on behalf of the said City of Corpus Christi a special warranty deed to Mary Lee Thompson, Elenita T. Kirkpatrick and Julie M. That such dead shall be delivered upon the execution and delivery of the grantees to the City of Corpus Christi of a deed tomAract of land twenty by fifty (202 x 50t) feet lying and being out or the Went part of Lot Four (4) Water Block Two (2) of the Beach Portion of the City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Taxes, and the further payment by the said grantees to the City of Corpus Christi Of the sum of One &-Arad Sixty and 21100 ($160.21) Dollars, said a= representing the amount due, plus accrued interest, for the filling in of a portion of the lots involved. SECTION 3. The public importance of this Resolution creates a public emergency and public imperative necessity requiring the sun - pension of the Charter rule that no Ordinance or Resolution shall be passed finally on the date it is introduced, and that such Ordinance or Resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor having declared that such public emergency and imperative necessity exist, and having requested that such Charter rule be suspended, and that this Resolution be passed finally on the date of its introduction, and take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY RESOLVED.
