That there is hereby transferred the sum of Fifteen Hundred and. 'Eighty Dollars (y1580.00) from Item "VD Clinic- - Salaries" to Itern "Health Division -- Travel ", both of above said Items being in Health Fuld No. 102, which money is to be used to pay travel expenses for employees of the Health Unit. SECTION 2. The fact that it is necessan to safe guard the health of the citizens of ,Corpus Christi by maintaining proper health facilities at the Health Unit creates a public emergency and public imperative necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date it is introduced and that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three several raeetinCs of the City Council, and the kayor having declared that such public emergency and imperative necessity exist, and having requested that such Charter rule be suspended, and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction and take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINCD. a/63 PASSED ADM APPROVED this _&�Z day of October, A.
