or resolution shall be read at three several meetins of the City Council,

Gentlemen;
I have exa.r.ined the accounts and ftrad from which the
appropriation is made, as provided for in the ordinar:ce attached
hereto, and T do certify that the money required for such appro-
priation is in the Treasury to the credit of the fund from which
such appropriation is to be drawn, and that there are monies in
such fund which are not appropriated for any other purpose and
which are available at this time.

Gentlemen:
For the reasons set forth in the emergency clause of the
foregoing; ordinance, a public emergency and imperative necessity
exist for the suspension of the Charter rule or requirement that no
ordinance or resolution sh,.11 be passed finally on tle date it is
introduced, and ti;e.t such ordinance or resolution shall be read at
three ;meetin,_s of the Cite Council; I, therefore, hereby request that
you suspend said Charter rule or requirement and pass this ordinance
finally on the date it is introduced, or at the present raeetin; of
the City Council.
