SECTION 2. That t;-io said alley above described is hereby closed, cancelled and abandoned by the (;ity of Corpus Christi, Texas. SECTION 3. The fact that public convenience and necessity will be better served by the irmitectiate closing of such described alley creates a. public emergency and public imperative necessity requirin, the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or re6olution shall be oassod finally on the date it is introduced and that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three several raeutinL-s of the City Council, -Ind the 1.iayor having declared that such public emergency and imperative necessity exit, and 2183 having requested that such Chaster rule be suspended, and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction and take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDLACLY S0 ORDAINED.
