That the City Manager of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, ce and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of said City an operations agreement with International Air Services, Inc. for unloading and loading passengers and cargo at Cuddihy Field, Nueoes County, Texas, a copy of which contract is attached hereto and made a part hereof and reads as follows, to -wit: 2-,? $ am OF O0M T1[ (IF ors $ OPS$ATiONs AGREMM CITY OF CORPUS CHRIM $ THIS AGUMM made and watered into this day of • 19Lk._ , by and between the City of Corpus Christi, a muaiaipal corporation, hereinafter called "Oity. and International Air Services, Ina.. a Texas corporation with its principal place of business in Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter oall.ed "Second party ". �I`Ph'88S1�T$t i The City hereby agrees that said Second Party is to use Ouddihy Field as a base of operations for loading and unloading paseen- gars and cargo in the operation of said Second Partywa business and Second party Wean to pap the City as an operation charge the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) in adv=en for the operation of not more than two airpleana at said airport and Five Dollars (5.00) per month is to be charged for each additionol airplane over two operated by Second Party, the $150.00 operational fee is to be for a ,period of the first six (6) months or this permit with a like amout due for each six (6) months during the time the Smond Party uses oaddihy Field in the operations of his air servioel the $5.00 per month for oath airplane in'addition to two used shall be paid at the end of each month during the times said field is used in the operations of said air services. II The Second Party agrees to fulfill and abide by all the ardi- nanaes of the City of Corpus Christi applicable to said Ouddihy Field and also all rules end regulations laid dawn by the Airport *zager governing Second Party +e use of said field. Iii This contract is not to be assigned without the consent of the City in writing. IT Second Party further agrees that it and all its employees shall abide by all rules and regulation ae net out by the Airport Manger and the City of Corpus Christi regarding the use of Caddihy Field. The necessity for properly maintaining Cuddihy Field and the necessity for securin6 revenue for such maintenance creates a public emergency and public imperative necessity requiring; the sus- pension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date it is introduced and that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor having declared that such public emergency and imperative necessity exist, and having requested that such Charter rule be sus- pended, and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction and take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT I5 ACCORDINGLY SO ORDl,MM.
