APPROPRIATING MONEY FROM GENERAL FUND N0. 102
TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATIONAL EX-
PENSES FOR THE CITY - COUNTY HOSPITAL, CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, there is needed the sus of Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00)
Dollars for operational expenses for the City's part in operating the
City - County Hospital for the remainder of the fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the General Fund
No. 102 which is now unencumbered and which funds arc available for
this purpose;
NOWT, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS;
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00) Dollars from the General bl,nd No. 102
which money is to be used for operational expenses for the City - County
Hospital for the remainder of this £isoal year.

Gentlemen
I have examined the accounts and fund from which the
appropriation is made, as provided for in the ordinance attached here-
to, and I do certify that the money required for such appropriation
is in the Treasury to the credit of the fund from which such appro-
priation is to be drawn, and that there are monies in such fund
which are not appropriated for any other purpose and which are avail-
able at this time.
