APPROPRIATING THREE THOUSAND AND SIXTY -EIGHT
DOLLARS AND SEVENTY -SEVEN CENTS ($3,068.77)
FROM STREET FOND NO. 108; FIFTEEN HUNDRED
($1500.00) DOLLARS OF SAIE FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PROVIDING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT,
STREET CONSTRUCTION AND 1AINTENANCE, BUDGET
ITEM; 'MAINTENANCE -- MACHINERY AND 'TOOLS AND THE
SUM OF FIFTEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY -EIGHT DOLLARS
AND SEV-9TTY -SEVEN CENTS ($1568.77) FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMS'NT, STREET CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE,
BUDGET ITEMS; MAINTENANCE -- BRIDGES, CULVERTS, ETC.
WREREAS, there is needed in Public FEorks Department, Street
Construction and intenance, Budget Item; Maintenance -- Machinery and
Tools the sum of Fifteen Hundred 01500.00) Dollars; and,
&TEEREAS, there is needed in Public Works Department, Street
Construction and Maintenance, Budget Item; Maintenance -- Bridges, Cul-
vert., eto. the sum of Fifteen Hundred and Sixty-eight Dollars and
Seventy -seven Cents ($1568.77); and,
;d_rnREAS, there are sufficient funds in Street Fund No. 108
which is now unencumbered and which funds are available for these pur-
pos ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TEL CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXASs
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
Fifteen Hundred ($1500.00) Dollars from Street Fund No. 108 for the
purpose of supplying funds needed in Public z1orks Department, Street
Construction and Maintenance, Budget Item; Maintenance -- Machinery and
Toole.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
Fifteen Hundred and Sixty -eight Dollars and Seventy -seven Cents
(x15%8.77) from Street Fund No. 108 to supply funds which are needed
in Public darks Department, Street Construction and Maintenance, Bud-
get Item; Maintenance -- Bridges, Culverts, etc.

I have examined the accounts and fund from which the
appropriation is made, as provided for in the ordinance attached
hereto, and I do certify that the money required for such appro-
priation is in the Treasury to the credit of the fund from which
such appropriation is to be drawn, and that there are monies in
such fund which are not appropriated for any other purposes and
which are available at this time.
