L4HENF.AS3 there is needed in Sewer Fund No. 109 the sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000.00) to take care of expenditures of said fund for the remainder of the current fiscal year; and, WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in Sawar Fund No. 109, which is now unencumbered and which funds are now unappropriated and are available for this purpose, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXASz SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated from the unappro- priated monies in Sewer Fund No. 109 the sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars 011,000.00) to be used for paying expenditures of Sewer Fund No. 109 for the remainder of the current fiscal year. SECTION 2. The fact that it is essential to provide proper funds to meet expenditures of the sewer fund for the remainder of the current fiscal year treat.. a public emergency and public imperative necessity re- quiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date it is introduced and that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor having declared that such public emergency and imperative neces- sity exist, and having requested that such Charter rule be suspended, and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction and take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT I5 ACCORD- INGLY SO ORDAINED.
