BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHP.ISTI. TEXAss
SECTION 1. That the City T.Tanager of the City of Corpus
Christi, Tess, is hereby authorized and directed to execute a release
and quit claim, of right -cf -Way easement to L. D. Lynch covering an
easement hereinafter described in release of same which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof for all pertinent purposes,

SECTIOSI 2. The necessity for clearing title to lends covered
by this right- of -vmy easement, said easement having been abandoned by
the City, in order that same may be utilized by surrounding comers of
land creates a public emergency and public imperative necessity requir-
ing the suspension of the Gharter rule that no ordinance or resolution
shall be passed finally on the date it is introduced and that such
ordinance or resolution shall be read at three several moetin;s of the
City Council, and the Yayor having declared that suoh public - z;oncy
and imperative necessity aziet, e d 'Having requested that such Chartor
rule be suspended, and that this ordinance be passed finally on the
date of its introduction and take effect and be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDLIOLY SO nandnr .
