WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, has been charging ass operational fee at Cudd3hy Field for airplanes operated oomaorcially for hire, reward or profit, said fees being as follows; $150.00 for each six mouths period for one airplane; if a second airplane is used, no fee to be charged for second plane; and w5.00 per month for each additional piano over two; and, ,M1d;AS, it has been determined that said operational fees should be terminated and shall not be charged lessees at said field. 1,70W. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to cease oharging operational Pees for the operation of airplanes for commercial use at Cuddiby field, and is hereby authorized to do all thinSs necessary to torminate said operational fees and the cessation of such charges. SECTIOU 2. The necessity for providing equitable and just fees at Cuddiby Field creates a public emergency and publio 1 perativo necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinanco or resolu- tion shall be passed finally on the date it is introduced and that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the liayor having declared that such public emergency and imperative necessity exist, and having requested that such Charter rule be suspended, and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction and take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY 30 OF.DAIIM. .
