Do Puy end E. D. Do Pry of Bexer County, Texas, which Contract has been awarded said J. De Puy and E. D. De Puy in accordance with the plane, specifications and contract docu- ments on file in the City Secretaryts office, and according to the Bid of the said J. Do Puy and E. D. De Puy opened on the 23rd day of September, A. D. 191.68, the said Bid of J. De Puy and E. D.
