BE IT OBDAIBED BY THE CITY CODNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS. SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorised and directed to purchase, for and on behalf of said City, right-of-way from James S. Holman and Wife, Ina Holman, said right- of-way being essential for Fairview Drive Storm Sewer Extension Project, same being the West Fifty Feet (W -50+) of Lot Three (3). of the Barr-Heeler Subdivision to the City of Corpus Christi, Teals. SECTION 2. The City Manager is further authorised to pay for said right- of-way described in Section 1 hereof the am of Four Thousand Dollars ("000.00) to be paid out of Storm Sewer Improvement Bonds Series 19118 Construction Find. SECTION 3. The necessity for providing proper right -of -ways for the oonatrcotion of at— sewero within the City oreatee a public emergency and public imperative necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date it is Introduced and that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor having declared that such public emergency end imperative neoessity esiet, and having requested that Such Charter rule be suspended, and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction and tabs effect and be in full force end effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO OBDAIM, PASSED AND APPROVED this to day of November, A.
