FISCHER FOR A FRAME HOUSE NOW LOCATED ON LOT ll, BLOCS 106, BROOKLYN ADDITION, SAID HOUSE TO BE SOLD FOR TER OCNSIDERATION OF SEVEN HUNDRED ELEVEN DOLLARS (O711.00); AND DECLARING AN ZMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed, for and on behalf of the City, to execute a Bill of Sale to Steve C. Fischer covering a Pour -room frame house now located on Lot 11, Block 1o6, in the Brooklyn Addition, and is to receive from the sale of said house the sum of Seven Hundred Eleven Dollars (M1.00), a copy of said Bill of Sale being attached hereto and made a part hereof for all pertinent purposes. The necessity for removing buildings from the right- of-my to be used for the construction of U. S. Hi.ghaay No. 181 orgates a public emergency and public imperative necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date it is introduced and that such ordinanoe or resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Yayor having declared that such public emergency and imperative necessity exist, and having requested that such Charter rule be suspended, and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction and take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED.
