and the laws of the State of Texas, and after having duly and regularly
made proper appropriation of funds available £or said purpose to —or the

Herewith is submitted ownership rolls, showing the names of the apparent
owners of abutting property on Alameda Street from the south curb line of
Clifford Street to the north curb line of the North Drive of Louisiana
Avenue, and Tarleton Street from the west property line of Ayers Street
to the east boundary line of Pineda Park, showing the number of front
feet owned by each, the description of their property, and the amount
proposed to be assessed against eaon abutting property and the real and
true owners thereof, also hereafter, are set out the various estimates
of costs and amounts of assessments.
