That the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) is to be paid Mrs. Gladys Givens from Street Improvement Bonds 1918 Con- struction Fund as further consideration for the exchange of properties, said land to be acquired by the City being essential and necessary for right -of -way purposes for U. S. Highway No. 181. That any expenses iuoi- dental to title and recording fees shall be paid from Street Improvement . Bands 1948 Construction Fund. SECTION 3. The necessity for aoquiring right- of-way for high- ways within the corporate limits of the City in order not to delay ocn- struotion of said highway creates a public emergency end public imperative necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date it is introduced and that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor having declared that such public emergency and imperative necessity satst, and having requested that suoh Charter rule be suspended, and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction end take affect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY s0 ORDAn-,3D.
