A. C. Baker and Wife, Ruth Moore Baker, and in further consideration of the conveyance by the grantee herein to the CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TF,XAS, of April 13, 1948, and other good an valuable considerations has MANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL AND CONVEY unto the said J. A. C. Baker and Wife, Ruth Moore Baker, of Nueces County, Texas the following descri -tad tract or parcel of land, being and situated in Rusces County, Texas, and within the corporate limits of the City of Corpus Christi, Tema and being more fully described as follows, towitt: A tract of land Thirty (30) by Fifty (50) feet lying and being East of Lot Five (5) Water Block Five (5) of the Beach Portion of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, more particularly described by motes and bounds as follows: The beginning point is located by starting at the original northwest corner of Lot Five (5) Water Block Five (5) and following the north line of said Lot Five (5) and the continuation thereof in an easterly direction Three Hundred Ten (310) feet to the point of beginning; Thence in a southerly direc- tion parallel with the east line of Water Street Fifty (50) fGet to a point for the southwest corner of the tract hereby conveyed; Thence at right angles in an easterly direction Thirty (30) feet to a point for the southeast corner of the tract hereby conveyed; Thence in a northerly direction parallel with the east line of Water Street Fifty (50) feet to a point for the northeast corner of the tract hereby conveyed; Thence in a westerly direction parallel with the south line of the tract hereby conveyed Thirty (30) feet to the north- weet corner of the tract hereby conveyed and point of beginning. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the said J. A. C. Baker and Wife Ruth Moore Baker, their heirs and assiagns, FOREVER; and the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, does hereby bind itself, its legal repre- sentatives, to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto said J.
