HAWN. AND JOHN D. HAWN, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS ATTORNEY IN FACT FOR R. DEAN HAWN. GEORGE S. HAWN AND WILLIAM D. HMIT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A WATER DIS- TRIBUTION SYSTEM TO SERVE THE HEWIT SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TMU, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract for and on behalf of the City with Dorothy H. Hawn, a fame sole, William H. Haves, and John D. Hawn, indi- vidually and as Attorney in Fact for R. Dean Hawn, George S. Hawn and William D. Hewit for the installation of a water distribution system to serve the Hewit Subdivision in the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a copy of said contract being attached hereto and made a part hereof for all pertinent purposes.
