That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract for and on behalf of the City with Dorothy H. Hawn, a fame sole, William H. Haves, and John D. Hawn, indi- vidually and as Attorney in Fact for R. Dean Hawn, George S. Hawn and William D. Hewit for the installation of a water distribution system to serve the Hewit Subdivision in the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a copy of said contract being attached hereto and made a part hereof for all pertinent purposes.
