All Health Certificates provided for herein shall be issued under the orevisior.a of this ordinance and all such health certificates shall be certified to on the form illustrated as recuired herein. This form shall be e_ standard IBY machine size and contain in- ;orration as indicated." 3ECT10 2. That Section 9 (B) (5) of said ordinance be - -cued so as to hereafter read as follows: "S3CTION 9 (B) (5) The physician making an examination of a person for the issuance of a health certificate shall make a careful exami- nation of such person to determine the presence of tuberculosis. All such persons shall have a photoflurgpraph or Kanteau slain test for tuberculosis or both, at the discretion of the er3_mit•,ing nl'Nlsician. If the }„anteau test is positive, the f"nishinZ,� of a photoflurograph shall be mandatory. It there is, in the opinion of the physician, evidence of passible active tuberculosis in the miniature photoflurographic Films then at his discretion a 111" x 17" X-ray may be required of that spl,licant before issuance of m Health Certi£icata. SECTTOTT 3. That Section j B (8) of said Ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed. SECTION' 4. That Section 10 6 of said ordinance be amended so as to hcreafter read as follows..
