BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXASe SECTION 1. That the City Manager of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, is hereby authorised and directed to execute, for and nn behalf of said City, a Contract by and between the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Wahlberg's Drug Store, a copy of which contract is attached hereto and made a part hereof and reads as follows, to -wit: STATE OF TEXAS (C COMITY OF 80EOES C TSIS WWASWU OF ARMISHT between the City of Corpw Chrlstl, Temaeo a municipal corporation, hereinafter ref'srred to as 'City' and Wahlbergis Dreg Store, hereinafter referred to as "Agent#" N I T H E S S E T 8 1.
