VrM?A8, the City Council has heretofore accepted the
gift, of a radio tourer from Leroy Crow and the Yellow Cab Company which
radio tower rrlll be used in the improved system of police -communica-
tions, now being put into effect; and
7WMAS, this gift by Lw. Crow and the Yellow Cab Company
will result in improved police communications,

THAT Leroy Crow and the officials be and hereby are oom-
mended for this ext,ibition of good citizenship, and 'chat this Council
