There is hereby appropriated out of Fund No. 296 Improvement Bonds 1950 Construction Fund (Street Traffic Control 3,'Stem) to reimburse Current Fund No. 102 in the amount Of �13,080.r0 for traffic signal installations, the estir,.ates f(r which ere attaohed hereto and made a part hereof: w50)a.,62, for new tra.ff o si;na1 at Antelope and Tancahua Streets; ;1,375.62, for new traffic signal at Navigation Boulevard and ',rater Street, and X1,200.36 for new traffic signal at Iort,Llesqulte and Carroll Streets, the isst 11.ition of which is to be done 'by the electrical Division of City Forces. SCTIOTI II. The necessity for completion of the in- stallation of traffic control devices £or the safety of the public creates a public emergency and in- erative necessity requiring the suspensior_ cf the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the day it is introduced and such or- dinance or resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the 'Mayor, having declared that such 2761 einer6ency and necessity• exist, requesting that said Charter rule be suspended, and that this ordinance be passed finally on the day it is introduced and take effect and be in 'ull force and ,,.Cfect from and after its passa,e, IT iS A,CORD -T= SO ORDAIi•.MD.
