BAY VIEW ADDITION TO T HE CITY. AND THE OMR3THEREOF, BYRON VESTAL AND WIFE, MARGARET GRANT VESTAL, FOR AND IN CONSIDERA TION OF THE PAYMENT OF SAID ASSESSMENT CER- TIFICATE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. The necessity of clearing the title of the property involved creates a public emergency and impera- tive public necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date it is introduced and that such ordinance or reso- lution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor, having declared that such emergency and imperative necessity exist, requesting that said Charter rule be suspended and that this ordinance be passed finally on the day it is introduced and take effect and be in full force and a effect from and after its passage. IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED.
