BE IT ORDAINED BY.TNE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS& SECTION 1. Tkat flare is kereby appropriated $768.30 from Fund No. 296 Improvement Bonds 1950 Construction Fund (Strut Traffic Control System) with which to purchase a motorized double line paint machine, equipped with a 75 pound bead hopper and bead dispenser for single line bead application complete with platform trailer to be used to pat down center line and pedestraan lane markers an the Streets of the City of Corpum Christi, Texas. SECTION 2. That the necessity for maintaining and marking the struts Of the City of Cwpus Christi for pedestrian and vehicular use to protest the healtk and safety of the citizens Of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, creates a public omergensy and an imperative public necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule providing that no ordinance or resolution shall be Passed finalljv on the date it is introduced and that sash ordinance or resolution ■hall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayerp declaring mush emergency and necessity to exist, haying requested the suspension of said Charter rule and that this ordinance be passed finally on the day it is introduced and take offset and be in fall forge and Offset from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED.
