REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING

In the Council Chamber of City Hall City Secretary
Bill G. Read made the following statement: "There will
be no meeting of the City Council today, December 3, 1975
due to lack of a quorum of the City Council; the Mayor
and Council being in Miami, Florida attending the U. S.
Conference of Mayors and U. S. Congress of Cities."
