FIFTY FEET ON THE WEST SIDE OF BROWNLEE BLVD, AND BEING LOTS 11 & 12, Block 1101, BAY TERRACE ADDITION NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, AND THE REAL ARID TRUE OWNERS THEREOF It. S. STEVENSON, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PAYHENT THEREOF; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TE%ASi SECTION 1. That the City Manager, for and on behalf of the City of Corpus Christi, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute a release of Special Assessment covered by Certificate No. 2083 dated August 1, 1947, AGAINST the property fronting 50 feet on the West aide of Brownlee Boulevard, and being Lots 21 and 12, Block 1101, Bay Terrace Addition No. 2 of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and _ the real and true owner thereof, M. S. The necessity for clearing title to the property involved creates a public emergency and an impera- tive public necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date of its introduction and that such ordinance or resolu- tion shall be read at three several meetings of the City Councils and the Msyors declaring such emergency and necessity to exist] having requested the suspension of said Charter rules and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introductions and that it take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passages IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED, PASSED AND APPROVED.
