ESTIMATE, A COPY CF WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF, DATED DECEMBER 31, 1950, in THE AMOUNT OF $7,551.20 TO BE PAID OUT OF NO. 295 IMPROVEMENT BONDS 3.948 CONSTRUCTION FUND (STORM SEW IMPROVEMENTS) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEBA9t SECTION 1. That the work of construction of Salt Flats Storm Sewer performed by T. H. Lee Contractor, under his contract with the City, haw ing been performed and completed in accordance with the terms and provi- sions of the contract and the plans and specifications therein contained, said contract having been entered into on the 19th day of October, 1950s as authorized by Ordinance No. 2907, and the Director of Public Works hav- ing inspected the same and certified to the completion of said work in ac- cordance with said plans and specifications, and said work aforesaid is hereby found to have been completed in accordance with the plans and speci- fications and is here now accepted and received by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas. SECTION 2, That final payment due under the contract and as set out in the final estimate attached hereto and made a part hereof, prepar- ed by the Director of Public Works dated December 31, 3950, in the sum of 57,551.20 be made from No, 295 Improvement Bonds 3948 Construction Fund (Storm Sewer Improvements) in accordance with the appropriation ordinance, SECTION 3.
