BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEYAS, SECTICN 1. That there has and there is hereby, appropriated from No. 296 Improvement Bonds 1950 Construction Fetid (Police Building) the amm of Eight Thousand ($8,000) Dollars to reimburse No. 102 Current Fund, and the same is hereby reimbursed, for the amount expended there. from in the acquisition of land for the police building site exclusive of the street right -of -way, and the said amount in hereby appropriated for said purpose of acquiring the land for the police building site, and reference is hereby made to Ordinance No. 2807 for all pertinent purposes. SECTION 2. That, there now being fund available in said bond fund for such purpose, the immediate necessity of reimbursement of No. 102 Current Fund for the purchase of the police building site creates a public emergency and an imperative public neceasity requiring the suspension of ' the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date of its introduction and that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor, having declared such emergency and necessity to exist, having requested the suspension of said Charter rule and that this ordinance be passed finally on the data of its introduction and that it take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORD - INGLY SO ORDAINED.
