That, having been authorised by Ordinance No. 2942 to acquire the hereinafter described property. the City Manager is here.. by authorised and directed for and on behalf of the City to complete such acquisition by purchasing from To P. McCord 0.587 of an acre of land to be used for right-of-way for Baldwin Boulevard, all as more particularly described in the dead conveying same to the Cityp a copy of which is at- tached hereto andmade a part hereof, for and in consideration of Eight Thousand Dollars and the paving of same without cost to grantor. SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS out of No. 296 improvement Bond 1950 Construction Fund (Stmt Improvements) to be paid as consideration for such conveyance. SECTION 3.
