HomeMy WebLinkAbout04015 ORD - 12/29/1954,r. • bpr: 12/27/54 r.d.i+�a....r�; ...•�.ww;rA�,.� -.�.: AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF W7.00 FROM No. 202 C1TY OF CORPUS CHRISTI WATERWORKS BYsm WNSTIi cmm FUND To MAKE ALTERATIONS ON SECOND FLOOR OF UTILITY OFFICE =MM AT CITY RAT,T• AS CALLED FOR ON DRA #5203 DATED 12 OFFICES FOR DIRECTOR OF FINANCE) TO BE CONSTRUCTED M BR SELF (:IlYSTRCGTIOR COMPANY; AND DECLARING AN WMENCY WHESFu1S, By ordinance No. 3862s passed and approved on the 1st day of September, 1954, The City Council authorized the City Manager to execute a contract with Braselton Construction Company for the construction of the Utilities Building to be constructed at the south of the City Hall in the City of Corpus Christi, and appropriated the sum of $175,784.04 to cover the cost of such construction; and WHEREAS, It is now necessary to make alterations on second floor as called for on Drawing #5203 dated 12 -8 -54 (for offices for Director of Finance), and to appropriate an additional sun of $457.00 for such alteration; NOW, 'TSEMMIORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the am of $457.00 from No. 202 City of Corpus Christi Waterworks System Construction Fund for al- terations on second floor as called for on Drawing x!5203 dated 12 -8 -54 (for offices for Director of Finance) of Utility Building to be constructed south of the City Hall by Braselton Construction Company- SECTION 2.
