N. STcvr:M WATER F112RATION PLANT BY REAGAN & MA CAOGHAN, CONSULTING ERGINEERS, OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEKAS; AND DECLARING AN MWENCY. ITH REAS, by Ordinance No. 3371 and No. 3751 there was appropriated the sum of $127,637.21 out of No. 202 City of Corpus Christi Waterworks System Construction Fund for the design of 0. N. Stevens Water Filtration Plant by Reagan & McCaughan, Consulting Engineers, of Corpus Christi, Texas; and .. WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate an additional $367.50 for an increased engineering fee due to increase of $9,800.00 in amount of the con- tract for extension of the 36" drain line; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OFDAnm EY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TZ-AS1 SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated an additional amount of $367.50 out of No. 202 City of Corpus Christi Waterworks System Construction. Fund to cover the increased engineering fee due to the increase of $9,800.00 in amount of the contract for extension of the 36" drain line in connection with the engineering services being performed by Reagan & McCaughan in connection with the design of the 0. N. Stevens Water Filtration Plant. SECTIOI'i 2. That the necessity for making an additional appropriation of funds in order that engineering services of the 0. N.
