WHEREAS, City Street Fund No. 108 from time to time has expended
certain funds in connection with projects of the permanent improvement program;
and
'vIHEREAS, Because the amount of these items was small, they have
been accumulated as Accounts Receivable on the Street Fund records; and
WHEREAS, It is necessary at this time to reimburse the Street
Fund for these expenditures:
I•10d T=ORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the amount of $108.75
from Fund Ito. 220 Street Bond Improvement Fund Payable to No. 108 Street Fund
in accordance with the list attached hereto and made a part hereof, and for the
purposes designated by the budget code indicated in each case.
SECTION 2. The necessity for reimbursing the Street Fund for the
above expenditures creates a public emergency and an imperative public necess-
ity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution
shall be passed finally on the date of its introduction and thar such ordinance
or resolution sball be read at three several meetings of the city council, and
the Mayor, having declared such emergency and necessity to exist,having requested
the suspension of said Charter ;rule and that this ordinance be passed finally on
the date of its introduction and that such ordinance take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY PP.SSED AND APPROVED,
