WHERW,, City Sevier Fund No. 109 from time to time has expended
certain funds in aounection.with, projects of -the permanent improvement program;
and
WBEREAS, because the amount of these items was small, they have
been acc=alated.as'Accounts Receivable on the Sewer Fund records; and
WHEREAS, It is necessary at this time to reimburse the Sewer
Fund for these expenditures:
NOW THEPWORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEM :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the amount of $9+.64
from Fond No. 297 Sanitary Sewer System Bond Improvemett Fund Payable to No.
109 Sewer rand in accordance with the list attached hereto and made a part
hereof, and for the purposes designated by the budget code indicated in each
case.
SECTION 2. The necessity for reimbursing the Sewer Fund for the
above expenditures creates a public emergency and an imperative public necess-
ity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution
shall be passed finally on the date of its introduction and that such ordinance
or resolution shall be reed at three several, meetings of the city council, and
the Mayor, having declared such .emergency and necessity to exist, having requested
the suspension of said Charter; rule and that this ordinance be passed finally on
the date of its introduction and that such ordinance take effect and be in fall
force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY PASSED AND APPROVED,
