AN ORDINANCE
LiF MAS, City Current Fund No. 102 from time to time has expended
certain funds in connection with various projects of the permanent improvement
program, and
tILLREAS, Because the amount of these items was small, they
have been accumulated as Accounts Receivable on the Current Fund records; and
SviMZAS, It is necessary at this time to reimburse the Current
Fund for these expenditures:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIC CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TMMU.S:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the following amount's '
payable to No. 102 Current Fund in accordance with the list attached hereto
and made a part hereof, and for the purpose designated by the budget code
indicated in each case:

SECTION 2. The necessity for reimbursing the Current Fudd
for the above expenditures creates a public emergency and an imperative
public necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter Rule that no
ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date of its
introduction and that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three
several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor, have declared such
emergency ,and necessity to exist, having requested the suspension of said
Charter Rule and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its
introduction and that such ordinance take effect and be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY PASSED AND APPROVED,
