ING THAT THE UNUPEMED BALANCE ON APRIL 30, 1955
SHALL REVERT TO THE PARENT FUND; AM DECLARING AN

SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated from various bond
funds as indicated in the following table the sum of $21,979.91 to provide for actual
administrative department charges of $12,211.01 from August 1st to December 31, 1954
and estimated administrative department charges of $91768.90 from January 1st
through April 30, 1955 in connection with construction projects:

SECTION 2. That the administrative departments and their total
expenditures from August 1st through December 31, 1954 and estimated expenditures
from January lst through April 30, 1955, less capital outlay, of which loo are
chargeable on a time basis against all bond funds, are as follows:

SECTION 3. That the unexpehded balance of aforesaid appropriation on
April 30, 1955, shall revert to the funds from which it was appropriated.
SECTION 4. That the necessity for making an appropriation for
Administrative 'Department charges in order to permit the continued progress of
construction projects creates a public emergency and an imperative public necessity
requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall
be passed finally on the date of its introduction, and that said ordinance shall
be read at three b) several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor, having
declared that such emergency and imperative public necessity exists, and having
requested said Charter rule be suspended, and that this ordinance.be passed finally
on the date of its introduction, and that this ordinance take effect and be in
full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS SO ORDAINED.

THIS ORDINANCE FINALLY ON THE DATE IT IS INTRODUCED, OR AT THE PRESENT MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL,
