MAYOR ETY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, S Tfl/a—' f City Secretary APPROVED AS TO LEGAL FORM: City Attorney r t AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE'SU7 OF $10,218,36 FROM VARIOUS BOND FUNDS FOR THE EXPENSES IN CON NECTION WITH SALE OF $3,465,000 IN VARIOUS CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI BONDS SOLD DECEMBER 15, 1954; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, WHEREAS, The following expenses and services totaling $10,218,36 have been incurred in connection with the sale of $3,465,000 in City of Corpus Christi Bonds sold December 15, 1954; VENDOR FOR AMOUNT McCall, Parkhurst & Crowe, Legal Services $5,303.13 M. E. Allison & Company, Financial Services 3,200,22 Helms Printing Company, Printing 1,715,01 TOTAL $10,218,36 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated from various bond funds indicated in the following table the sum of $10,218,36 for the services and ex- penses of McCall, Parkhurst & Crowe; M. E. Allison; and Helms Printing Company, in connection with the sale of $3,465,000 City of Corpus Christi, Texas, Bonds, December 15, 1954: FUND NO.
