USE SAID HELIPORT SHALL, DEFORE USING THE SAID FACILITIES, FURNISH EVIDENCE
TO THE CITY [AIRPORT MANAGER OF THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC LIABILITY AND
PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE POLICY FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE
CITY AND THE PROPERTY AI,,D PERSO7'S OF THE PU61-IC AGAINST DAMAGE SY RE -ASON
OF THE OPERATION OF SUCH AIRCRAFT, SAID POLICIES TO BE IN THF. MINIMUM AMOUNT

DEFORE OPERATING FOR SUCH EUSINESS, SECURE A PERMIT FROM THE CITY .AIRPORT

SUNRISE AND SU1453ET OF EACH DAY. SERVICING OF AIRCRAFT OR FUELIIIG SHALL NOT
EE CARRIED ON AT SAID HELIPORT.

AN EFFECTIVE C.A.A. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE, THAT THE OWNER IS FINAN•::IALLY RESPONSIOLE
SHOULD ANY CLAIMS ARISE FOR DAMAGE OR DODILY INJURY AS A RESULT OF THE OPERATION
OF SAID AIRCRAFT, AHD THE NATURE OF OPERATIONS TO DE CONDUCTED SY THE AIRCRAFT
OPERATOR.
SECTION r. PROPER DESIGNATION OF THE SAID AREA SHALL EE MADE 50 AS
TO SEPARATE SAID AREA FROM THE uALANCE OF THE SAID L —HEAD PIER AREAS AND SUCH
DESIGNATION SHALL CONTINUE DURING THE PERIOD OF USE OF SAID HELIPORT.
